Are your products fresh?

Yes, we produce every week and ship right after production.

Do you ship outside of Europe?

Currently we don't.

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow a few days for your order to be processed. We ship your order with POSTNL every Monday or Tuesday. You will receive a tracking link sent to the same email you've placed your order with. We will always try to accommodate your needs so in any case if you are hesitant about your package arriving on time send anIG direct message or contact us via live chat and we will see what we can do.

We cannot be held responsible for delays out of our reach that happen with our postal courier.

Shipping during holidays?

During busier periods like holidays or for bigger orders additional time might apply. We will however always notify you when there are 'delays' on our side prior to your payment.

Shipping cost?

We offer complementary shipping within Holland on orders EUR 25 & up, we also offer discounts on shipping within Europe.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products we don't accept returns unless the following applies:

You have received the wrong order.Your products we're severely damaged, which in this case please attach an image showcasing the damage. Please bare in mind minor flaws are part of handcraft and shipping.

Refund Policy

At Holy Chocolates we stand behind the products we sell knowing it takes a lot of time, love and effort. We are a small company and thus reserve the right to make any refund due to you in whatever way we choose.

Unless you did not receive your parcel (in full) - and the tracking link says so as well - we don't do cashback refunds.
